A Thriving Coastal Community

Scott Bay is situated on the southern tip of the Hobsonville peninsula just 25 minutes’ drive from the CBD. With an ideal position between Central and North Auckland, the area has seen significant development over the past decade and is considered a shining example of how to plan and build a new residential precinct.
This community is very well serviced with public transport and motorway connections. Ferries run into the CBD from Hobsonville Ferry Terminal and Hobsonville Marina, and there is a new bus route being built along SH16. This is one of Hobsonville’s greatest charms – it feels pleasantly removed from the bustle of the city centre but is still a convenient commute.
Scott Bay is the perfect base for exploring north-west of Auckland whether it be the rugged black sands and surf of Muriwai Beach; the glory of the Maori Bay gannet colony; the fun of Woodhill Forest mountain bike trails; or the sumptuous offerings of the Kumeu vineyards.
